This is one of those projects that means a lot to us at Supaglass… Introducing the Canberra Raiders Centre — a facility Supaglass had the opportunity to manufacture and install all the glazing for in 2020. The centrepiece of the project is the eastern glass façade, which brings in incredible natural light and gives you uninterrupted views out onto the training field and up towards Mount Ainslie. It was a complex install as well — not just fixed windows, but sliding door systems across both levels, all fully double glazed to meet performance requirements. On the western side, the main entry features frameless automatic glass doors, along with large high-level windows and custom sunshades, which really ties the whole building together. What makes this project even more special for us is that after completing all the glazing back in 2020, we’re now the naming rights sponsor of the Supaglass Raiders Centre. To come back and see it now, not just as a completed project but as part of our ongoing partnership with the Raiders — it’s something we’re really proud of.
